"The Artemis program promises to reshape America’s identity and culture in ways that cannot yet be specifically predicted... For those dispirited by the culture war that dominates America’s national identity today, Artemis I is a beacon of hope in our future."

Couldn't agree more! I'm happy to see that the Forward Party supports Artemis and human space expansion. Is this an official position of the Forward Party?

Hey Giulio! I answered on Twitter but just so others on here can see: This is not an official position of the Forward Party. It’s something I’m personally following and love to write about, and something I will push for the Forward Party to embrace once we have achieved a number of our election reform goals around the country.

Thanks for your feedback! I appreciate it Giulio.

I think it would make sense for the Forward Party to embrace space expansion now, even if only with a little footnote somewhere. Election reform is very, VERY important but not too emotionally compelling. Andrew Yang acknowledges this in his book: "the plumbing of democracy is not sexy." I think shared goals like space expansion could bring more early supporters in, and help achieve election reform faster.

I agree with this take. It doesn’t have to be front and center, but I would love for FWD Party to be the “space party.” In my mind, it’s a perfect representation of FWD Party’s desire to end the culture war and inspire us to unite, culturally, behind shared goals like space exploration.
